Can I come a few days before or stay a few days after?

We have the option to book extra nights at the conference rate 3 days before or after Prayer Retreat to stay at Chateau Lake Louise for those who are registered for the event.

How much is an extra night?

Room: $220.00 / room

Resort Fees: $20 / room / night (porterage, business centre access, wireless guest room internet and select resort activities)

Parking: $20 / vehicle / day (self-parking)

Taxes:

1. Tourism Improvement Fee (TIF) 2%

2. Alberta Tourism Levy (ATL) 6%

3. Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) 5%

Bookings for extended stays before or after the event are not yet available. You will be notified when these booking opportunities open up. Extended stays before or after the event will be subject to hotel availability.

Who can come to Prayer Retreat?

The retreat is for Official workers of the Western District of The Alliance Canada. Anyone who holds an active WD official worker license, their spouses, and invited guests are welcome to register.

Can children attend the retreat?

At this time, only children under 1 years of age who are still breast-feeding are allowed. We do not have adequate set up for children to be at the event. Please arrange for childcare and enjoy a week with your spouse!

Where are rooms located at the hotel?

We have the privilege of staying at the world class Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Click here for a hotel map.

Where do we eat?

We serve 2 meals a day; brunch and dinner. Meal times are posted on the schedule and our dining areas will be at Lago and Victoria Ballroom. Click here the hotel map for location details.

What if I have severe food allergies?

If you have a dietary restriction, please indicate on your registration or email our office. Please include the severity of your allergies.

Is there WI-FI at the hotel?

There is limited free wifi through out the property included with your stay.

Where else can we eat?

Restaurants are available throughout the hotel, each with varying hours. For details on their hours, menus, and pricing, please check HERE. Additionally, as part of your stay, tea and coffee are provided in your room and in the Living Room area located above the lobby.
