Dates: Monday, November 3 - Thursday, November 6, 2025

Location: Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, AB

Registration: Open Tuesday, July 15 at 9:00 am. Closes Tuesday, September 30 at 10:00 pm.

Fees* (same rates as 2024):

Couples Room: $1800

Single Room: $1100

Shared Room: $900 

* All prices include lodging at Chateau Lake Louise from Monday - Thursday, daily brunch/supper, all sessions, all gratuities, and on-site self parking. ​Prices do not include National Park Entrance Fee.
