Prayer Retreat 2025

Dates: Monday, November 3 - Thursday, November 6, 2025

Location: Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, AB

Closes Tuesday, September 30 at 10:00 pm.

Fees* (same rates as 2024):

Couples Room: $1800

Single Room: $1100

Shared Room: $900 

* All prices include lodging at Chateau Lake Louise from Monday - Thursday, daily brunch/supper, all sessions, all gratuities, and on-site self parking. Prices do not include National Park Entrance Fee.

The first 100 room registrations will receive a guaranteed lake view room!!!

Cancellation Fees: Cancellation requests prior to and on September 30th will be $50 per transaction. Cancellation requests after October 1 will be $75 per transaction.

GRANTS: The Western District is pleased to support some of our licensed workers with a partial grant for the registration cost to Prayer Retreat 2025.

This grant is for Licensing Workers who are unable to receive full financial support from their local church or ministry.

There are a limited number of grants available, submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Final approvals will be communicated by September 22rd.
