Foothills Alliance Church is seeking a Seniors Ministries Coordinator to provide leadership to the Seniors Ministries of Foothills Alliance Church. This role seeks to promote the spiritual, emotional and physical health of senior men and women through encounter with Jesus, life in faith community and empowerment to serve others.

The Executive Pastor is a culture carrier, leader developer, and ministry architect who ensures the church’s mission, values, and discipleship strategy are lived out through people, teams, and systems.

The Senior Associate Pastor serves as the organizational integrator for Crosspoint Church, translating vision into execution by building systems, aligning ministries, and ensuring healthy operational rhythms.
