We’re looking for a highly capable Administrative Assistant who brings excellence, initiative, and a heart for service to everything they do as they support our Youth & Young Adults Ministries.

This role manages day-to-day accounting, maintains precise financial records, and produces reports that promote transparency and wise leadership decisions, all in service of GPAC’s vision to Make Jesus Known.

The Director of Outreach and Community Engagement leads Grande Prairie Alliance Church (GPAC)’s local outreach ministries, builds strong community relationships, equips volunteers, and creates pathways for people to experience belonging and grow in discipleship.

The successful candidate for this role will be the executive assistant to the senior pastor, providing administrative and logistics support in the areas of staffing, daily operations, and record and bookkeeping of the church.
