New Venture Launch: Stouffville Mandarin

Stouffville Mandarin is a New Venture resulting from over a year of prayer. Recognizing the need for a Mandarin church to reach the 1500+ Mandarin-speakers in the area we are grateful to announce this new launch under the leadership of Paul Wang.

What is this?

We are bringing together numerous partners to support the development of a new church for Mandarin speakers in the growing community of Stouffville. The heart of these partners is to evangelize, cultivate disciples, change lives, multiply churches, and build up a large family within Christ’s love.

Why Stouffville?

With expectations of 30,000 new residents in the coming decade, Whitchurch-Stouffville is a quickly developing community within the GTA. Due to its proximity to Markham, Scarborough, and Richmond Hill, there is an increasing Chinese population, which grew from 730 in 2006 to 5,500 in 2018. We are also seeing rapid growth among the Mandarin-speaking population in particular.

• That their supporting churches would be blessed as they give to support this new work of God.
