Dates: Monday, November 2 - Thursday, November 5, 2025

Location: Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, AB

Registration: Open Tuesday, July 20 at 9:00 am. Closes Monday, September 30 at 10:00 pm.

Couples Room:  $1800 total

Single Room (no sharing): $1100 total

Shared Room: $900 total

Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellation requests prior to and on September 30th will be $50 per transaction.
  • Cancellation requests on after October 1 will be $75 per transaction.
  • Cancellation requests on after October 16 will be $75 plus first night hotel fees per transaction.
  • No more cancellation requests on after October 25 (week prior to event).

There will be no special pro-rated rates / partial registration offered; full payment with a credit card is required at the time of registration.

The first 100 room registrations will receive a guaranteed lake view room.

All prices include lodging at Chateau Lake Louise from Monday - Thursday, daily brunch/supper, all sessions, all gratuities, and on-site self parking. ​Prices do not include National Park Entrance Fee.

Bookings for extended stays before or after the event are not yet available. You will be notified when these booking opportunities open up. Extended stays before or after the event will be subject to hotel availability.
