River of Life Alliance Church

River of Life Alliance Church (RLAC) is seeking a full time Lead Pastor who is deeply committed to Christian values and principles.

Brief Description of the Role: The Lead Pastor is a loving shepherd and gifted teacher who deeply cares for the church and its members. As the spiritual leader, this role is rooted in a Christ like love that guides the congregation with wisdom, compassion, and unwavering faith. The Lead Pastor is called to preach, teach, and nurture a community built on love, spiritual growth, mutual support, and outreach. This role requires someone who can genuinely connect with people from diverse backgrounds, offering pastoral care, leading worship, and fostering meaningful relationships. In addition to spiritual leadership, the Lead Pastor must also manage the operational aspects of the church with care and diligence, including staff oversight, budgeting, and strategic planning.
