Pastor of Connections and Care - Spruce Grove Alliance Church

The Pastor of Connections & Care serves as part of the Adult Ministries team at SGAC and champions a healthy culture of hospitality, connection, spiritual care, and community life within the church. This pastor works collaboratively with the pastoral staff, particularly within Adult Ministries, to help people move from simply attending SGAC to becoming deeply connected, spiritually cared for, and actively engaged in the life and mission of the church.

This role combines relational shepherding, leadership development, ministry oversight, and pastoral presence. In conjunction with the Adult Ministries team, the Pastor of Connections & Care helps ensure that people are known, cared for, prayed for, and connected into meaningful community.
