Associate Pastor - Crosspoint Church

Crosspoint Church is seeking an experienced self-starter to serve as an Associate pastor responsible for the youth and young adult ministry. This role will work closely with the Lead pastor to help our church continue to see people grow as fully devoted followers of Jesus on mission together.

• Your resume, which includes your education and work experience
• A one-page summary of your story with Jesus
• A one or two-page summary of your philosophy of ministry, particularly related to youth and young adult ministry.
• Three references- someone you have mentored/discipled, someone who has mentored / discipled you and someone who has supervised you.
