Communications Director - Grande Prairie Alliance Church

The Communications Director advances Grande Prairie Alliance Church’s (GPAC) mission to Make Jesus Known by ensuring that the church’s vision, values, strategic priorities, ministries, and stories of life transformation are communicated with clarity, warmth, and consistency across all physical and digital channels. 

This is primarily a strategy-first, ministry leadership, and volunteer-multiplying role. Rather than acting strictly as a solo content creator, the Communications Director recruits, equips, coaches, encourages and releases volunteer leaders and teams to execute communications across digital media, graphic design, photography, videography, print, web, environmental signage, and public relations. Enabling volunteers to serve with excellence is prioritized over personally completing every production task.
