Church Coordinator - The Exchange Church

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to serve as the operational hub of The Exchange. This role keeps the behind-the-scenes running smoothly — from facilities and communications to records, scheduling, and Sunday morning readiness — freeing up our pastoral staff to focus on people and ministry. If you love bringing order to complexity and take quiet pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this might be the role for you.

The Church Coordinator serves as the organizational hub of The Exchange — remembering what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and keeping facilities, communication, and records running smoothly. This frees up pastoral staff to focus on discipleship rather than logistics.
