Worship Ministry Coordinator - Beulah Alliance Church

Are you someone who loves creating worship environments that awaken people to encounter and respond to King Jesus? Are you passionate about leading and developing music and production teams? If so, this could be the role for you.

Role responsibilities include:

• Plan and execute weekend and special services.

• Help cultivate a culture of authentic, expressive, and engaged worship and moments where people can respond to God’s movement in their lives.

• Help recruit, develop, and empower volunteer teams.

• Lead worship as needed, while prioritizing the development of volunteer worship leaders.

• Build and manage service plans aligned with series themes, design elements, and global moments.

• Coordinate scheduling and communication for worship and production teams using Planning Center and the Global Services Calendar.

• Prepare all service elements, including rehearsals, ProPresenter, stage design, and service flow.
