Vegreville Alliance Church

At Vegreville Alliance Church, the lead pastor’s role is broad. The pastor is responsible for preaching, shepherding, and counseling the flock. The pastor is also responsible for overseeing the development of staff and volunteers, ministry initiatives for small groups (adults / young adults/families, men and women), and community outreach. There is also an element of overseeing the staff involved with the children and youth ministry within the church.
