Overview

St. Albert Alliance Church (StAAC) is seeking a collaborative and creative leader who is passionate about developing leaders and discipling youth and young adults. The full-time Associate Youth & Young Adults Pastor will play a crucial role in fulfilling StAAC's mission to help junior high and young adults embody the Good News of Jesus by practicing the way of Jesus. The selected individual will work closely with the Youth & Young Adults Pastor to develop and implement strategies that engage and empower young people to grow in their relationship with Jesus, connect with their peers and serve sacrificially in their neighbourhood.

If you are a proven leader with 3-5 years of experience, someone who is a self-starter who thinks outside the box and loves to learn and work on a team, then we'd love to talk with you.
