Who can come to Prayer Retreat?
The retreat is for Official workers of the Western District of The Alliance Canada. Anyone who holds an active WCD official workers license, their spouses, and invited guests are welcome to register.
Can children attend the retreat?
At this time, only children under 1 years of age who are still breast-feeding are allowed. We do not have adequate set up for children to be at the event. Please arrange for childcare and enjoy a week with your spouse!

What if I have severe food allergies?
If you have a dietary restriction, please indicate on your registration or email our office.
Is there WI-FI at the hotel?
There is limited free wifi through out the property included with your stay.
Can I come a few days before or stay a few days after?
Yes, we have arranged for special hotel rates with the hotel for the 3 days before and after Prayer Retreat.

DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL. All requests are going through the District Office only for these requests. The price per room is $164.79/night (taxes included) + parking ($18/day). You have to be registered for Prayer Retreat already to book these extra nights. You will be billed upon arrival at the hotel with your credit card. Cancellation is 48 hours prior to arrival and a full night stay will be charged for no-shows. Check-in time is 4:00pm.
EXTRA NIGHTS BOOKING REQUESTS WILL CLOSE ON OCTOBER 15, 2023. NO EXCEPTIONS.
