Can I come a few days before or stay a few days after?
We have the option to book extra nights at the conference rate 3 days before or after Prayer Retreat to stay at Chateau Lake Louise for those who are registered for the event.
How much is an extra night?
Room: $199.00 / room
Resort Fees: $16 / room / night (porterage, business centre access, wireless guest room internet and select resort activities)
Parking: $18 / vehicle / day (self-parking)
Taxes:
1. Tourism Improvement Fee (TIF) 2%
2. Alberta Tourism Levy (ATL) 4%
3. Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) 5%
Instructions for booking extra nights:
Extra night bookings are being handled directly by the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. The hotel will be responsible for receiving, arranging, and confirming these extra day extensions. The Western District Office will not be involved in the process of extending or confirming these bookings. All communication and information regarding these bookings will be held directly with the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.
To book extra nights before or after Prayer Retreat please email the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise at cll.conventions.cll@fairmont.com with the subject line "Booking Extension Request - 1124CHRI" and in the body of the email include your name and the dates you wish to stay in addition to November 4 - 7.
After emailing the hotel, they will send you a Sertifi link to get your credit card details. Once the hotel receives your credit card information through the link you will be sent a confirmation letter for your reservation.
Who can come to Prayer Retreat?
The retreat is for Official workers of the Western District of The Alliance Canada. Anyone who holds an active WD official worker license, their spouses, and invited guests are welcome to register.
Can children attend the retreat?
At this time, only children under 1 years of age who are still breast-feeding are allowed. We do not have adequate set up for children to be at the event. Please arrange for childcare and enjoy a week with your spouse!
Where do we eat?
We serve 2 meals a day; brunch and dinner. Meal times are posted on the schedule and our dining areas will be at Lago and Victoria Ballroom. Click here the hotel map for location details.
What if I have severe food allergies?
If you have a dietary restriction, please indicate on your registration or email our office. Please include the severity of your allergies.
Is there WI-FI at the hotel?
There is limited free wifi through out the property included with your stay.
