Accelerate Cohort

New Cohort Starting

The Accelerate Cohort is an environment where new senior leaders, those considering senior leadership, new site pastors etc. have a safe, challenging and rich environment with peers and mentors to accelerate their capacity to lead at a higher level.

A 2-year commitment that includes:

Retreats: 2 three-day, interactive retreats per year (Spring and Fall)
Peer Coaching Circles: 8 peer coaching group sessions per year for mutual connection, learning, and coaching
Mentorship - you will find a suitable mentor who journeys with you through the two-year process
Engaging leadership resources through reading, podcasts and videos

Details:

Cost: Travel costs and a minimal cost for materials.
Online: We will begin this Spring by meeting together monthly online starting in May 2025. After the Fall Retreat, you will meet monthly in smaller peer circles for mutual connection, learning and coaching
Retreats: The first retreat will be in Fall 2025 (Dates TBA)
