What Is Thrive Collective?
Thrive Collective is a leadership formation experience designed to help leaders grow from the inside out.
In a ministry world marked by complexity, change, and increasing pressure, many leaders have been shaped to lead primarily through responsibility, expertise, and individual effort.
While those instincts can be helpful, they are often not enough for the realities leaders face today.
Healthy ministry requires leaders who are not only competent but also deeply formed.
Our Framework
Thrive Collective is built around three essential dimensions of leader formation:
1. Identity
Leadership begins with who we are before God.
We believe leadership is strongest when it flows from a secure identity in Christ rather than performance, pressure, or proving. Leaders who are grounded in their belovedness
are more resilient, more discerning, and more able to lead with freedom.
2. Posture
How we lead matters as much as what we do.
We are seeking to cultivate leaders who lead with humility, collaboration, courage, emotional maturity, and openness to others. In a world that often rewards control and self-sufficiency, we want to form leaders who can create space for shared discernment, mutual contribution, and healthy participation.
3. Skill
Formation must also become practice.
Healthy leaders need practical leadership capacity. Thrive Collective helps leaders grow in the kinds of skills that matter most for ministry today—relational intelligence, team leadership, discernment, collaboration, communication, conflict engagement, and adaptive leadership.
What You Can Expect
Thrive Collective is designed as a formative, relational, and practical experience.
Depending on the cohort or pathway, participants will engage in:
- Retreat-based learning experiences
- Peer cohorts and shared reflection
- Leadership formation conversations
- Practical tools for ministry leadership
- Opportunities for discernment, reflection, and growth
- A learning environment shaped by trust, honesty, and encouragement
This is not simply content delivery. It is an intentional environment for leader formation.

Thrive Collective exists to help leaders move beyond mere survival or role performance toward a more grounded, healthy, and fruitful way of leading.

Who It’s For
Thrive Collective is designed for Licensed Workers who have completed Core Training or Foundations for Ministry who want to grow in both personal formation and leadership effectiveness.
Whether you are early in ministry or carrying years of experience, Thrive Collective isintended to provide meaningful formation for the journey ahead.
