Training Overview

Mental Health Literacy Training

Ministry is deeply meaningful—and deeply demanding. Stress, anxiety, compassion fatigue, and burnout are realities many pastors quietly carry. Specifically for pastors in the Western District, this is not about questioning your calling—it's about sustaining it.

   This training will help you:

  • Care for your own mental and emotional health
  • Understand stress, anxiety, and burnout in pastoral ministry
  • Discern when to support, when to refer, and how to walk wisely with others
  • Better serve the mental health needs of your congregation
