The Western District team has spent the last year dedicated to discerning and changing in order to serve our District better. You are our priority. No matter where you work or what your role is, if you serve the in Western District, our team serves you. Driven by our mission of serving leaders who invite others into fullness of life, we have restructured our teams and their areas of responsibility and focus. We want to invite you to into a deeper look at what some of these changes mean both for our team and for you.

  2. Focus on Peer to Peer relationships.
  3. Focus on disciple making and renewal.
  4. Focus on lifelong leader development.
