Payden Besiata

Churches are intentionally building into the next generation of leaders by proving opportunity for discernment, skill development, and hands on ministry experience. In partnering with the Midwest District, Prairie Alliance Church is able to expand upon these experiences through extended Leadership Development opportunities. This apprenticeship program grows participants from shadowing a variety of ministry leaders, to leading alongside them, to eventually leading under their supervision.

Payden couldn't ignore the whisper she felt urging her to dedicate her life to formal ministry. She looks forward to show her son how to listen for that whisper

Payden has a rich heritage of pastoral influences in her life, who encouraged her from a young age - reminding her that Jesus is the best friend she could ever have. This relationship with Jesus led her to pursue formal ministry school, and she made the decision to attend Bible college. It was there that she initially met with leadership from Prairie Alliance Church.

As she reflects on this opportunity, Payden hopes that by the end of her internship with PAC she will be able to clearly identify her strengths and weaknesses, gain wisdom from the practical experience, and experience meaningful mentorship along the way.

Payden is supported in partnership with the Midwest District and Prairie Alliance Church.
